The title of this book has become a popular phrase. "I've got your back," not only means that I'm looking out for you, but that I'm watching out for those things that might sneak up on you from behind. A good friend is always looking out for you. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 18:24,

there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.

Today I want you to know that you have such a friend in Christ Jesus. He is always looking out for you. As Christians we are most like Christ when we look out for one another. Today I want you to know that "I've got your back" is more than a catchy phrase or the title of a book. It represents an attitude that we ought to have as we watch out for one another.
